3M Hong Kong was awarded the “Corporate Citizenship Logo – Enterprise Category” in the 6th “Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Award Scheme” for its excellence in fulfilling social responsibilities and integrating citizenship concept into business model and operation. The Award Presentation Ceremony was held at The Hong Kong Exhibition and Convention Centre on 15 December 2015.

3M Hong Kong was highly rated in the Scheme for its outstanding performance in 4 major aspects: “Quality and Professionalism”, “Caring for Employees”, “Caring for Community” and “Support to Environmental Protection”. In fact, sustainability is the core corporate value of 3M. We drive economic progress and address global challenges, while striving to protect the natural resources and empower individuals and communities. And, above all else, 3M is playing a role in helping everyone, everywhere, live a better life.

The “Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Award Scheme” was co-organized by Hong Kong Productivity Council and the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education to publicly recognize those corporate citizens which make a positive contribution to the general public through its core business, social investment, charity activities and the commitment to the public. The Scheme aims at ultimately promoting sustainability of economy, society and environment.
