3M Hong Kong is named by the GS1 Hong Kong as a “Consumer Caring Company” for 5 consecutive years. This year, the Company will also receive a specifically designed logo “Consumer Caring 5 years”.

3M Hong Kong is named by the GS1 Hong Kong as a “Consumer Caring Company” for 5 consecutive years. This year, the Company will also receive a specifically designed logo “Consumer Caring 5 years”.
For 5 consecutive years, 3M Hong Kong is named by the GS1 Hong Kong as a “Consumer Caring Company” for its commitment to use international standards, information technology and the optimization of supply chain management to i.mprove business processes to enhance consumer satisfaction. The Company will also receive a specifically designed logo “Consumer Caring 5 years” in the award presentation ceremony held on 8th January 2016 at Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong.

All company entering the scheme should undergo a stringent performance evaluation and a scorecard based on “Efficient Consumer Response” - an internationally recognized business best practice aimed to achieve customer satisfaction through collaboration between businesses and trading partners.
