3M Hong Kong has been named “Manpower Developer (2011-2017)” for 6 consecutive years by the Employees Retraining Board in its “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme”. The Scheme aims at publicly recognizing corporations and organizations which demonstrate outstanding achievements in manpower training and development.

The Scheme aims at publicly recognizing corporations and organizations which demonstrate outstanding achievements in manpower training and development.
Last year, to further raise public awareness towards the Scheme, the ERB launches “Manpower Developers Promotional Campaign 2015” in which the public voted for their favorite Manpower Developers. As a result, 3M got the highest numbers of vote, and was chosen as one of the top 3 in the Non-SME category of “My Favorite Manpower Developers”.
The Presentation Ceremony of the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” was held on May 19, 2016 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. On behalf of the company, 3M’s HR team attended the ceremony and received the awards.
