To support the World Health Organization’s World Blood Donor Day on June 14, 3M Hong Kong gives blood donors who visit Hong Kong Red Cross Donor Centres or its Mobile Donation Vehicles a free, limited-edition Nexcare™ GIVE bandage gift pack during June 4 to 17. Embracing this year’s theme “Feel the beat, Give Blood”, this limited-edition collection of bandages features 4 designs inspired by music styles and trends across the globe. By giving away this gift pack, 3M show gratitude to blood donors for their heroic and gracious act, as well as to encourage the public to support and donate blood regularly.

Blood has no other substitute, and can only be stored for a limited time before use. For those who in need of fresh blood products for treatments or surgery, they entirely count on the generosity of blood donors to donate on a regular and continuous basis. Each blood donation can help save 3 or more lives. Since blood is the most precious gift that anyone can give to another person — the gift of life, 3M Hong Kong will organize a “HK in” event and encourage its staff to donor blood on June 17 at Hong Kong Red Cross Causeway Bay Donor Centre.
